Our Impact

The AMC aims to create a more inclusive and empowered math community. Through examinations and curriculum materials, we support educators in fostering the analytical skills to drive future innovations.

What the community can expect this cycle

Increased Security for Competition Distribution: We are upgrading competition distribution procedures to enhance digital security, including adding features to prevent unauthorized access and shortening release windows to minimize leaks.

Restructured Program Management: We have brought in seasoned leaders to support the operations staff and continue to collaborate with technology partners and our network of dedicated teachers to improve security.

Additional Reviewing and Vetting of Test Sites and Managers: We will review and vet every competition site beginning in the 2024-2025 competition cycle and ensure that all new competition sites undergo rigorous checks.

More Community Engagement: We encourage the community to report any threats to exam integrity through a dedicated email address, with staff assigned to follow up on these concerns.
